MONUMENTAL WINES, FROM CULTIVATION TO GLASS
A project that welcomes special vines from the only area of Trentino with a continental climate.
The Cembra Valley, steep and impassable, where until not many years ago transportation was carried on the shoulders, is the only one in the whole region characterised by hot summers, cold winters and wide temperature ranges.
An area climatically similar to many regions of Central Europe, with a sedimented geological composition of Alpine origin and a porphyry geological composition.
Thus, wines are born characterized by an elegant minerality, with all the identity of the Cembra Valley.
